Vehicle Details

I hereby confirm with this Sales Agreement that the vehicle listed below is free from any mechanical defects and has not been Involved in an accident. I understand that Carmax
Military Sales GmbH has the right to return this vehicle to me within seven working days should mechanical defects occur not stated on this contract or it is proven that the vehicle
was accident damaged.
I understand that the vehicle will be returned to me if I am unable to provide a TITLE DOCUMENT on this vehicle. If there is a lien on this vehicle I understand that it will be paid
within 30 days of the above date, or date all the necessary paperwork is received. If on receipt of full payment for the lien satisfaction my finance source cannot provide a Title
Document for said vehicle to Carmax Military Sales GmbH, I agree to refund the money in full and reverse the transaction. I understand that this transaction is not complete until
the vehicle is de-registered and the buyer will retain a. portion of any equity due to me until I provide proof of de-registration or form AE 191S.
I understand that by signing the Bill of Sale (Purchase Order, Buying Contract) that my personal Information may be transferred to a third party to complete that purchase.
